A family, a few fare, and the lagoon at the end of the garden.

Fare Vaihere isn't a hotel. It's our home, open to travellers. We share what we have: the garden, the lagoon, the table and time. You arrive as a guest and leave a little part of the family.

A few fare set in the shade of the coconut palms, almost at the water's edge. In the morning you open the window and it's already turquoise. Nothing luxurious — just the essentials, and that light you only find here.

“In the morning, you open the window — and it’s already turquoise.”
The guest table is the heart of the house. Lagoon fish, uru, garden fruit — whatever the day brought. We eat together, share our day, put the world to rights. It's often where the best travel memories are born.

No schedule, no rush. A kayak at sunrise, a nap in the shade, a trip out to the motu when the mood strikes. You'll leave rested — and a little bit Polynesian.

The house is ready. So is the lagoon.
